About the role
We are looking to recruit an enthusiastic and motivated Salaried GP to join our friendly, supportive, and forward-thinking practice on a 12-month fixed-term contract. This is an excellent opportunity for a GP seeking a rewarding clinical role with an outstanding work-life balance, minimal administrative burden, and a collaborative multidisciplinary team. The post is for 6 sessions per week, with Thursday and Friday as essential working days, while the remaining sessions can be arranged flexibly between Monday and Wednesday. Certificate of Sponsorship (Skilled Worker Visa) is available for suitable candidates. Our clinical model allows you to focus on patient care. Each clinical day consists of 14 patients in the morning and 14 patients in the afternoon, together with one home visit per day. There is no routine administrative paperwork, allowing you to concentrate on delivering high-quality, patient-centred care. You will work alongside experienced GPs, nurses, pharmacists, and an excellent administrative team within a modern, well-organised practice committed to continuous improvement, innovation, and staff wellbeing. We offer a supportive learning environment where your professional development is encouraged and valued. If you are looking for a role that combines clinical excellence, flexibility, and genuine work-life balance, we would be delighted to hear from you.
The successful candidate will provide high-quality, patient-centred primary care as part of a supportive multidisciplinary team. Clinical responsibilities include undertaking face-to-face and telephone consultations, assessing, diagnosing and managing acute and chronic medical conditions, prescribing safely, making appropriate referrals, and maintaining accurate clinical records.
