As a General Practitioner at Operose Health, you will deliver high-quality clinical care to patients registered and attending the GP surgery, collaborating with clinical leads and local practice teams to support the surgeries' operational plans. Your role will involve maintaining quality within the practice, participating in clinical governance activities, and contributing to quality health outcomes through audits and the Quality and Outcomes Framework. You will provide clinical care as described in the job plan, including consultation sessions (both in person and by video), telephone triage, correspondence, results, medication reviews, and prescription signing, as well as other clinical administration. Collaborating with the Practice Manager and site clinical lead, you will support the development, delivery, and review of the surgery action plan, encompassing list growth, patient satisfaction levels, and enhanced services.
