Mount Surgery has strong links to Swansea University Medical School, as well as being a training practice for GP Registrars. We also employ a broad range of support staff including Nurses, Pharmacy Technicians and Physicians Associates, with exceptional staff retention throughout the whole practice. Provide consultations, diagnosis, and treatment for patients.

Manage long-term conditions and provide preventive healthcare.

Prescribe medications and refer patients to specialists when needed.

Maintain accurate patient records and complete necessary documentation.

Participate in clinical meetings, audits, and quality improvement activities.

Collaborate with other healthcare professionals for coordinated care.

Support training and supervision of junior staff, if required.
