As a General Practitioner at Headley Drive Surgery for Operose Health, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality clinical care. Your responsibilities include working closely with clinical leads and the local practice team to support the surgery's operational plan. Key duties involve maintaining quality standards through clinical governance activities, contributing to the Quality and Outcomes Framework (QOF), and engaging in various clinical tasks such as consultation sessions, telephone triage, medication reviews, and on-call duties (excluding out of hours). You will be expected to adhere to the highest professional and personal standards, with a strong focus on patient care. Additionally, you will collaborate with the Practice Manager and clinical lead on action plans including patient satisfaction and KPI targets, while actively participating in the improvement of health outcomes.
