Join us as a Consultant in CAMHS at Austen House -- a specialist adolescent low secure service within Hampshire & Isle of Wight Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust. This is an exciting opportunity to shape a newly configured 7 bedded low secure unit supporting young people with complex and high risk needs. You'll join an experienced MDT and lead on expert assessment, formulation and trauma informed care. You'll have scope to deliver high quality, recovery focused interventions while guiding the team in evidence based practice, risk management and collaborative decision making. We offer strong clinical governance, weekly academic teaching, active peer support groups and extensive development opportunities. You'll have access to NHS Leadership and Development programmes, personalised coaching and mentoring, the chance to become a Medical Appraiser, and twiceyearly Medical Leadership Development Days.
