Consultant Clinical Oncologist with an interest in HPB/UGI

We are looking to appoint a whole time Consultant Clinical Oncologist with an interest in HPB/UGI to Sheffield Teaching Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust based at Weston Park Cancer Centre, with outreach clinics within the SYBND cancer alliance.

Any candidate who is unable for personal reasons to work full-time will be eligible to be considered for the posts; if such a person is appointed, modification of the job content will be discussed on a personal basis with the Trust in consultation with consultant colleagues.

The appointee will, together with Consultant colleagues be responsible for the provision of cancer services across the above mentioned disease sites. The appointee will join established multidisciplinary teams for these cancers. Successful candidates will be expected to participate in our acute oncology and on-call services rota which currently equates to 0.11 PA.The successful candidate will work according to the terms and conditions of the national consultant contract.
