We are looking for someone who will play a key role in the multi-disciplinary team, supporting the management of people with complex needs, through the provision of clinical leadership and advice and support. This is a well established post; the vacancy arose due to the current Consultant moving post within the Trust. The post holder will be looking after the working-age patient population.
