Main Responsibilities: As a valued member of the Operose Health team, your key duties will include: To deliver high quality clinical care to the patients registered and attending the GP surgery and to work closely with the clinical leads and local practice team to support the delivery of the surgeries operational plan.

Located at The Practice Old Hill, you will work 7 sessions per week with a salary of up to £112,500 depending on experience. Your responsibilities will include providing clinical care to registered patients, ensuring compliance with clinical governance, and contributing to the improvement of health outcomes through audits. You will be expected to adhere to professional standards set by the GMC and work alongside the Practice Manager and clinical lead to develop the surgery action plan.
