Main Responsibilities: As a valued member of the Operose Health team, your key duties will include: To deliver high quality clinical care to the patients registered and attending the GP surgery and to work closely with the clinical leads and local practice team to support the delivery of the surgeries operational plan. As a General Practitioner at Operose Health, you will play a critical role in delivering high-quality clinical care to patients at the Brunswick Medical Centre. The position is part of a commitment to enhance patient access, outcomes, and experiences in a primary care setting. Operose Health is focused on providing local primary care at scale, with values centred around care, ambition, resourcefulness, and excellence. Your key duties include delivering clinical care, engaging in clinical governance activities, and contributing to improvements in quality health outcomes through audits and the Quality and Outcomes Framework. You will also participate in consultation sessions, telephone triage, and other clinical tasks, while adhering to the highest standards set by the GMC. Additionally, you will work with the Practice Manager and site clinical lead to develop and review the surgery action plan, including patient satisfaction and quality targets. Ideal candidates should have current registration with the GMC, experience in general practice, a commitment to quality services, and knowledge of relevant coding and clinical systems.
