Trust Resident Doctor, ST3/4 (MN37), Diabetes Endocrinology

We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Trust Resident Doctor ST3/4 (MN37) to join our friendly and supportive Diabetes and Endocrinology team at Watford General Hospital. This post is offered on a 12 month fixed term basis, with programmed activities to be agreed in line with service requirements. This post offers an excellent opportunity to develop specialist experience in the management of complex diabetes and endocrine disorders while contributing to the delivery of high-quality General Internal Medicine care. Working alongside a team of experienced consultants and a multidisciplinary workforce, you will gain valuable clinical experience, participate in teaching, audit and quality improvement activities, and play a key role in delivering safe, patient-centred care. We are looking for a doctor who is committed to clinical excellence, works well within a multidisciplinary team, demonstrates strong communication skills, and is keen to further develop their knowledge and skills within Diabetes and Endocrinology. Core departmental hours are generally Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm. The post holder will also participate in the General Internal Medicine on-call rota, including evenings, nights, weekends and bank holidays on a rotational basis.
