Essential

Minimum of 12 months' experience working in the NHS
Completed Internal Medicine Training (IMT) or Acute Care Common Stem - Internal Medicine (ACCS-IM)
Demonstrates appropriate knowledge base and sound clinical judgment
Demonstrates basic awareness of importance and impact of infection on clinical practice
Experience of clinical risk management
Clear, logical thinking, showing an analytical/scientific approach
Appropriate level of clinical knowledge
Shows knowledge of evidence-informed practice
Shows awareness of own limitations
Ability to prioritize clinical need
Ability to organise oneself & own work
Experience and ability to work in multi professional teams
