Salaried GP

We are looking for a Salaried GP, possibly with a view to partnership in the future for the right candidate.

We are a busy practice in the small market town of Diss. We have 7000 patients and use System One. We are looking for a Salaried GP to work between 4 and 8 sessions per week so this advertisement is targeted at doctors who are looking for either a part-time or full-time post. We work well within our PCN which covers a large area of south Norfolk. We are a dispensing practice and provide this service for approximately one third of our patients.

We currently have 2 GP Partners, one very experienced Nurse Practitioner, an Enhanced Practitioner, Clinical Pharmacist, Pharmacy Technician, a strong Practice Nursing team with 2 HCAs, an Outreach Nurse who visits our frail, elderly and recently discharged elderly patients following an unplanned admission to reduce the chance of readmission to hospital, a great reception and admin team, a Social Prescriber, FCP, and mental health practitioners. We have community services based on our site and work very closely with them. We have meetings every Monday lunch time, which include MDT, Prescribing, Clinical, deaths and incidents. We are a close team and support each other fully. We have a great wellbeing team who look after us, arrange get togethers, quiz nights, office lunches, and lots more. Our practice really is a great place to work and our staff do not generally leave until they retire. We are looking for someone who will compliment our team.
