Locum Consultant Anaesthetist

This is 10 PA locum appointments for 2 x Consultant Anaesthetists. This post will be available as soon as possible for a period of 6 months.

The posts will deliver 10 PAs flexibly supporting the anaesthetic team at the Leeds General Infirmary and St Jamess University Hospital, Leeds.

The successful applicants should hold accreditation in FRCA in the Royal College of Anaesthetists or equivalent and should be on the Specialist Register or within six months of being admitted to the Register for trainees if currently in a training programme within the UK at the time of interview or have references which have been authorised by the Deputy Medical Director and Clinical Director.

Applicants should have established skills in anaesthesia, excellent communication and team working skills, a strong commitment to teaching and service development are essential. A strong sense of accountability is essential to ensure we make the best use of the resources available to us.
