Locum Consultant Dermatologist

The Dermatology department at Princess Alexandra Hospital NHS Trust is looking for a Locum Consultant Dermatologist to join the team on a 12-month fixed term basis. You will support with outpatient and inpatient clinics across three sites within the Trust (Harlow, Epping and Bishops Stortford). Outpatient review and advice constitutes the majority of the workload. There are no designated inpatient dermatology beds, however specialist advice is given on inpatients when requested.

You will support the general dermatology pathway including paediatric patients and patients on systemic therapies - high risk drugs. The post holder will conduct outpatient clinics for patients referred to PAHT, which will include conducting minor procedures, diagnostics or the management of complex patients. There is a requirement to understand the national cancer targets to support pathways
