We are looking for GPs who have: MRCGP qualification. GMC registration with a licence to practise. Inclusion on the NHS National Performers List. Excellent clinical knowledge and decision-making skills. Strong communication and leadership skills. A passion for improving patient care. An interest in clinical leadership, service transformation and multidisciplinary working Collaborate with Practice Management, PCNs, and SPC leads to drive service improvement and staff development. Oversee clinical quality and safety, ensuring best practice through NICE implementation, significant event reviews, and compliance with CQC standards. Coordinate practice education and supervision, ensuring clinical staff remain up to date with policy and guideline changes. Provide supervision for GPs and non-medical prescribers in line with SPCs Clinical Leadership Model.
