As a key part of our clinical team, your responsibilities will include: act as Clinical Lead and trainer Providing high-quality, patient-centred care through in-person, telephone and online consultations

Managing a range of acute, chronic and complex cases

Carrying out appropriate clinical admin, including referrals, prescriptions and reviewing test results

Contributing to clinical decision-making through team discussions and regular meetings

Supporting continuity of care and maintaining accurate, up-to-date records
