General Practitioner Princess Street Surgery

Salary Available Upon Request Working 2 to 4 sessions per week. We are looking for a Salaried GP to join our friendly and hardworking team in Gorseinon, Swansea, working 2 - 4 sessions per week. You will be joining a supportive practice and working alongside a dedicated multidisciplinary team, providing high-quality, patient-centred care to our local community. We welcome GPs at all stages of their career, and a specialist interest would be particularly welcomed and supported. You will provide high-quality, patient-centred general medical services to our practice population. Your main duties will include: Provide high-quality, safe and effective clinical care, assessing, diagnosing and managing a broad range of acute and chronic conditions within general practice.

Conduct face-to-face and telephone consultations, taking a patient-centred approach and ensuring patients receive appropriate assessment, treatment, advice and follow-up.

Support patients with ongoing and complex health needs, taking a proactive approach to preventative care, health promotion and long-term condition management.

Work closely with our friendly and dedicated multidisciplinary team, including nursing, pharmacy and other healthcare professionals, to provide coordinated and comprehensive care for our patients.
