Salaried General Practitioner

We are pleased to advertise this exciting opportunity as we continue to grow our practice list size and seek to further develop our well established and accomplished clinical team. We welcome applicants from newly qulaified GPs as well as the more experienced. Our clinical and operational teams work collaboratively with a shared foal of offering outstanding patient service and excellence in care. We have recently received "Good" rating in our CQC inspection.

The post-holder will manage a caseload and deal with a wide range of health needs in a primary care setting, ensuring the highest standards of care for all registered and temporary patients. Please see the job description for more information.

We are fortunate to have a very loyal and resolute team supported by excellent leadership and management. Our team currently comprises 4 partners, 3 salaried GPs, 3 Advanced Nurse Practitioner, a Clinical Pharmacist, a Pharmacy technician, together with a team of RGns, Nurse associate and HCA's. We have an enthusiastic team od administrative and reception staff. We look after approximately 14,300 patients in both urban and rural settings. Our main site, St. Martin's Gate Surgery, is based in a large, modern, purpose-built medical centre with excellent parking facilities in central Worcester. We also have abranch surgery based in the nearby village of St. Peter's and clinicans rotate to cover sessions. We use digital aspects available to us giving patients an option to reach the surgery electronically.
