CYPMHS Consultant Psychiatrist & Medical Director - Part Time

As lead for the medical directorate, you will operationally manage, within agreed standards, targets, timetables, and constraints in accordance with operational and strategic objectives. Your responsibilities as a Medical Director will include: Responsibility for the administration of the Mental Health Act, Clinical Policy, Clinical Standards and associated administrative tasks in respect of patients

You will also function as a CYPMHS Consultant Psychiatrist, overseeing referrals, conducting assessments, managing children and young people, supervising trainees, and engaging in Continuing Professional Development (CPD). The role requires registration on the GMC Specialist Register for Child and Adolescent Psychiatry and experience in CYPMHS Eating Disorders.
