Part Time Salaried GP

We are seeking to appoint a part-time Salaried GP to join our established and supportive practice team. The post has arisen due to the ongoing need to strengthen our clinical capacity and meet the needs of our growing patient population, while maintaining safe, high-quality and accessible patient care. We are looking for a GP who will work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team and contribute to the continued development of our practice.

Main duties include: Conducting face-to-face and remote GP consultations, assessing, diagnosing and managing a wide range of acute and chronic conditions. Providing appropriate clinical assessment, treatment, prescribing, referrals and follow-up. Undertaking routine clinical administration, including reviewing results, correspondence, clinical tasks and safeguarding matters. Supporting the management of patients with long-term conditions and contributing to continuity of care where appropriate. Working collaboratively with GPs, nurses, pharmacists, paramedics, mental health practitioners and the wider practice team. Using digital systems and technology effectively, including EMIS Web, ANIMA and AI-supported tools such as EMMA, to support patient communication, workflow, documentation and access. Maintaining accurate and timely clinical records and working in accordance with practice policies, professional standards and CQC requirements. Participating in clinical meetings, practice development and quality improvement activities. Supporting the practice in maintaining safe, effective and accessible services for our patients. Undertaking appropriate continuing professional development and maintaining professional registration and Performers List requirements.
