Frailty Same Day Emergency Care (SDEC) Are you passionate about transforming care for older people? Kingston and Richmond NHS Foundation Trust is looking for an exceptional Frailty Nurse Consultant to lead the development of innovative frailty services and shape the future of urgent care for older adults. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced senior nurse with advanced clinical expertise, strong leadership skills and a passion for improving outcomes for people living with frailty. Working across our Frailty Same Day Emergency Care (SDEC) service, Emergency Department and Care of the Elderly pathways, you will play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality, person-centred care whilst driving service improvement across the organisation. We're looking for someone who is: A registered nurse with significant senior clinical experience in frailty, elderly care or acute medicine. Educated to Master's level (or equivalent) with advanced clinical assessment skills. A qualified Non-Medical Prescriber. An experienced clinical leader who inspires and develops others. Passionate about improving services through innovation, quality improvement and collaboration. An excellent communicator who can build strong relationships across professional and organisational boundaries. Committed to delivering compassionate, personalised care for older people. Leadership qualification and experience of research, audit and service redesign would be advantageous.
