About the role
Are you a Colorectal Consultant looking for additional weekend work? Here at 18 Week Support, we have an exciting opportunity to support a well-established NHS Trust in the Southwest area within a busy Colorectal service.
To provide high-quality, safe and effective assessment, diagnosis, treatment and ongoing management of patients with colorectal conditions.

Person specification
Essential
- Essential:
- GMC registration with a licence to practise.
- Current experience working within a surgical setting for a minimum of 6 months within the last 12 months.
- Proven NHS experience.
- Knowledge of colorectal cancer, benign colorectal conditions, perioperative care and relevant clinical guidelines
- Competence in appropriate elective and emergency colorectal procedures
- Excellent communication and multidisciplinary team-working skills.
