About the role
Due to maternity leave, Deer Park Family Medical Practice is looking to recruit a fixed term salaried GP to join our team in August 2026 until the end of the maternity (approximately August 2027). - 6 sessions required, days of work to be agreed. - Long established, friendly, supportive 2 partner practice. - Our priority is to try and provide excellent working life and balance. - 10500 patients served from Wollaton Vale Health Centre. - Nottinghams greenest suburb with low deprivation and excellent schools. - High performance in quality data. - CQC inspection rated good with outstanding areas. - Owner member of Nottingham City GP Alliance.

At Deer Park sessions consist of 15 patients per surgery, including emergencies, with associated administration. We do not operate a GP triage system. There will be no duty doctor commitment. We are looking for an energetic dedicated person with excellent clinical skills and personal organisation to add to the team in an environment people enjoy working in. We welcome enquiries from newly qualified GPs as well as those with experience. We have experience in supporting new GPs to develop their confidence in their role.
