About the role
Tennant Street Medical Practice in Stockton-on-Tees is looking to recruit an enthusiastic GP under the GP Reimbursement Scheme. We are looking for a salaried GP for a 6-month fixed-term period - October 2026 March 2027. We are looking for a maximum of 8 sessions a week, days to be agreed. GMS practice with stable list of 14500 The Partnership consists of 3 male and 6 female GPs. System of personal lists Established training practice and undergraduate teaching practice Recently completed large refurbishment so excellent new facilities Partners have links with ICS, H&SH [Federation], Newcastle University, Medicines Management, Cleveland LMC Varied opportunities for personal development SystmOne Clinical System with a paperlight approach Innovative approach to IT solutions in general practice Democratic decision-making processes Focus on high-quality healthcare Varied demography Excellent internal clinical support via nurse practitioners and practice pharmacists
To work as part of a high quality primary care team to ensure that it meets its aims and objectives within an efficient, safe, harmonious and profitable working environment. To provide high quality health care to all patients registered at the practice. To practice safely using national and local guidelines.
