Salaried General Practitioner (GP)

Working as a core member of our multidisciplinary team (alongside Practice Nurses, ACPs, Care Coordinators and Pharmacists), you will help shape the future of a valuable local service that cares for approximately 10,000 registered patients. Your day-to-day will involve: Balanced Clinical Delivery: Managing a balanced mix of 15-minute appointments across face-to-face, telephone consultations, and home visits.

Complex Care Management: Providing patient-focussed, evidence-based care across planned and urgent primary care presentations.

MDT Leadership: Supporting the wider multidisciplinary team to ensure complex and long-term condition patients receive the right care from the right clinician.
