General Practitioner

Rothwell and Desborough Healthcare Group are seeking an enthusiastic and patient-focused General Practitioner to join our friendly and supportive team. Working across Rothwell Medical Centre and Desborough Surgery, the successful candidate will join an established and collaborative team committed to delivering excellent standards of care. The post holder will work autonomously within their scope of practice and will work collaboratively with clinical, management, and administrative colleagues to support the achievement of practice objectives and the delivery of safe, effective, and responsive patient care. As a training practice, you will also contribute to providing a positive learning environment for students and trainees.

The successful candidate will:

Be a fully qualified GP with GMC registration and a licence to practise Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills Be committed to delivering high-quality, patient-centred care Work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team Share our commitment to continuous learning and service improvement

We are a 2 site practice located in the towns of Rothwell and Desborough (1 mile apart). Our list size is around 22000 and increasing. We currently have 7 GP partners, 9 salaried GPs, as well as our nursing team including nurse practitioners. The practice is supported by a management team and very experienced admin, secretarial and reception teams. We would welcome a candidate who is invested in General Practice to provide quality patient care and drive our innovative business forward.
