The role we are looking for is for 2 session Salaried GP working a Friday. Which would be ideal for those looking to combine work across multiple clinical or non clinical settings. As a Salaried GP at Newpark Surgery, you will: Provide high quality clinical care for patients through face to face, telephone, and video consultations. Manage acute, chronic, and preventative healthcare needs across a varied patient population. Undertake appropriate clinical examinations, diagnosis, investigations, and treatment planning. Participate in the duty doctor rota, supporting same day urgent care and on the day clinical decision making. Work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team including Pharmacist, nurses, and administrative staff to maintain continuity and safety of care. Review and sign repeat prescriptions, pathology results, and clinical correspondence in a timely manner. Contribute to safeguarding processes and act in accordance with local and national safeguarding policies. Support practice quality improvement initiatives, clinical audits, and wider practice development activities. Participate in MDT meetings, clinical discussions, and education sessions to promote shared learning. Provide mentorship and support to trainees or students if appropriate. Maintain accurate, clear, and compliant clinical records using our clinical systems. Uphold GMC standards, practice policies, and best practice guidelines in all clinical work.
