This role for a General Practitioner at Operose Health in London offers a permanent position with a potential salary of up to £112,500, dependent on experience. Responsibilities include providing high-quality clinical care to patients and supporting the surgery's operational plan. The position requires participation in clinical governance activity, continuous improvement in health outcomes through audits, and contribution to Quality and Outcomes Frameworks. Key duties involve patient consultations, including in-person, video, and telephone sessions, as well as triage, handling patient results, and prescription reviews. The role demands a commitment to maintaining the highest personal and professional standards outlined by the GMC. The successful candidate will also have the opportunity to work with the Practice Manager and site clinical leads to develop and review the surgery action plan, focusing on growth, patient satisfaction, and performance targets.
