You will provide consultant-level clinical expertise to service personnel referred to the regional rehabilitation unit, working closely with sport and exercise medicine (SEM) doctor and physiotherapist colleagues. You will also contribute to the strategic development of Defence Rehabilitation and ensure local implementation of relevant national policy.

Person specification

Essential

Degree or Graduate diploma (or equivalent) in Physiotherapy.
Post-registration Master of Science (MSc) in related clinical area.
Clinical experience at advanced practice level (ideally B8a or equivalent).
Evidence of an up-to-date Advanced Practice portfolio.

Health and Care Professions Council Registered (HCPC).
Membership of the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy.

Desirable

Qualified and competent in diagnostic ultrasound and injection therapy.
