Clinical Care Provide comprehensive GP services including surgery consultations (triage, face-to-face, telephone, and online) Assess, diagnose, treat, and manage patients presenting with a wide range of conditions Manage acute, chronic, and preventive care in line with NICE and local guidelines Undertake home visits when required (we are a low visit practice) Provide appropriate follow-up, referrals, and signposting to community and secondary care services Patient Safety & Quality Maintain accurate, timely, and high-quality clinical records Participate in clinical governance, significant event analysis, and quality improvement activities Prescribe safely and cost-effectively in line with local formularies Safeguard children and vulnerable adults in line with practice and statutory policies Team Working Work collaboratively with GP partners, salaried GPs, nurses, pharmacists, and the wider MDT Support training and supervision of students, trainees, or other clinicians where appropriate Participate in clinical meetings and practice development activities Professional Development Maintain GMC registration and revalidation requirements Participate in appraisal, CPD, and mandatory training Keep up to date with clinical guidelines and best practice Practice & PCN Involvement Contribute to practice and PCN initiatives Support continuity of care and neighborhood health management Contribute to service redesign and improvement projects as agreed
