Locum Consultant in Obstetrics

Applications are invited for a Locum Consultant in High Risk Obstetrics. This post is for a fixed term for the period of 6 months where the successful applicant would join a team of 15 consultant obstetricians to provide antenatal care, high risk intrapartum care and postnatal care. The James Paget University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust, The Norfolk and Norwich University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust and The Queen Elizabeth Hospital King's Lynn NHS Foundation Trust are now working in partnership as the Norfolk and Waveney University Hospitals Group. All future senior medical and dental appointments will be expected to work in collaboration across the Group and, irrespective of initial job description and job plan, be willing to work on more than one hospital site, dependent on service needs. Service location may change as our future models of care are developed by our clinically led networks through our acute clinical strategy. Some of the clinical procedures or services the appointee will be expected to deliver may be based at sites other than their primary site of employment.
