We are an award-winning teaching and training practice looking for a salaried GP to join our team.
As a mid-sized (11250 patients) rapidly expanding semi-rural practice between Leeds and York, we value traditional, holistic patient care and enjoy being at the centre of our community. We are currently 10 GPs with a full complement of staff including Advanced Nurse Practitioner, in house paramedics to assist with visits, midwifery, pharmacy support and co-located District Nursing team. We are a forward thinking, very well-established dispensing practice in a state-of-the-art building which opened in Summer 2024. The new building affords us plenty of space, large new rooms, modern IT and is a pleasure to work in. We really value working as a team, supporting each other and encourage sharing of knowledge. We have weekly multi-disciplinary team meetings and in-house educational events. We value stability and aim to provide high quality patient care and continuity to our patients. We have utilised total triaged for nearly 3 years so are highly experienced at it, we are supported by 2 local urgent treatment centres and provide in-house extended hours. We are active members of the local Integrated Care Board and work well with local practices as part of the Tadcaster and rural Selby Primary Care Network.
