As a valued member of the Operose Health team, your key duties will include delivering high quality clinical care to patients registered at the GP surgery, working closely with clinical leads and local practice teams to support delivery of operational plans. Responsibilities involve participation in clinical governance activities, contributing to improved health outcomes via audit and the Quality and Outcomes Framework, and achieving CQC standards. Clinical care provision includes consultation sessions (in person and by video), telephone triage, and clinical administration, adhering to high professional standards as set by the GMC and prioritizing patient care.
