As a General Practitioner at Operose Health, you will deliver high-quality clinical care to patients at Southover Medical Centre and Chelston Hall Surgery in Torquay. Responsibilities include maintaining practice quality through clinical governance and contributing to health outcomes improvement. You will conduct consultations in person or via video, along with triage, correspondence, medication reviews, prescription signing, safeguarding, and more. Collaboration with the Practice Manager and site clinical lead is crucial for developing the surgery action plan aimed at improving patient satisfaction and achieving quality standards. Professional standards as set out by the GMC must be maintained.
