Main duties of the role Clinical responsibility for patients Administrative responsibility reviewing hospital letters, reports, and investigations Engaging with other professionals in the Primary Care and Secondary Care teams and community health professionals and medicines management professionals Triage GP duties Responsibility for appropriate documentation of clinical encounters using current IT system Sessions 4-6 clinical sessions p/w
