Salaried GP - Abernethy House Surgery (North London)

Join a Supportive, Forward-Thinking Training Practice in Enfield We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Salaried GP to join our friendly, highly supportive, and well-established training practice in Enfield, North London. We have an exciting opportunity for a GP looking to work 6 - 8 sessions per week from August 2026. Whether you are newly qualified or an experienced GP, you will be joining a collaborative team that values clinical excellence, professional development, and work-life balance.

As a Salaried GP, you will undertake the full range of routine General Practice responsibilities, including: Face-to-face consultations Telephone consultations Reviewing and actioning laboratory results Processing and managing clinical correspondence via Docman Prescribing and medication reviews Home visits (supported by community services) Participation in multidisciplinary team meetings Attendance at weekly clinical meetings One duty GP session per week

We are a thriving and respected GP practice serving approximately 11,800 patients in Enfield. We are also the nominated practice for several local nursing and residential care homes, providing a diverse and rewarding clinical experience. We are an Emis Web practice. Our team includes: 3 GP Partners (all experienced GP Trainers) 8 Salaried GPs 2 Practice Nurses 3 Clinical Pharmacists 2 Physician Associates 2 GP Trainees We pride ourselves on fostering a supportive working environment where clinicians can seek advice and collaborate easily. An experienced GP is designated each day to provide clinical support and guidance whenever needed. The practice also offers extended hours on Thursdays, helping us meet the needs of our patient population while maintaining high-quality care.
