As a valued member of the Operose Health team, your key duties will include: To deliver high quality clinical care to patients registered and attending the GP surgery. You will strive to maintain quality within the practice ensuring participation in clinical governance activity and contribute to the improvement in health outcomes through audit and the Quality and Outcomes Framework. To provide clinical care to patients as described in the job plan and in line with the total triage model. This will include consultation sessions, telephone triage, correspondence, results, medication reviews and prescription signing and other clinical administration tasks. Working with the Practice Manager and site clinical lead to support the development, delivery and review of the surgery action plan. We look for colleagues with current GMC registration, MRCGP accreditation, commitment to quality services, and knowledge of QOF and relevant clinical systems.
