Horsley Medical Practice is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Salaried GP to join our friendly and supportive team for 4 sessions (2 days) per week starting as soon as possible. We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Salaried GP to join Horsley Medical Practice, a well-established and friendly practice serving approximately 10,600 patients in the desirable village of East Horsley. You will be part of a supportive multidisciplinary team committed to delivering high-quality, patient-centred care. The role offers a balanced mix of face-to-face and telephone consultations, with opportunities to develop clinical interests. The successful candidate will work closely with colleagues to ensure safe, effective, and efficient delivery of care, with opportunities to develop special interests. The GP will provide comprehensive primary care to registered patients, managing a mix of acute, chronic and preventative presentations. Consultations are primarily face to face. Duties include reviewing test results, making referrals and dealing with correspondence through Docman, managing routine clinical administration, prescribing safely in line with guidelines, and contributing to continuity of care for patients with complex or long-term conditions. The role also includes undertaking home visits where clinically required and working collaboratively with the wider multidisciplinary team including GP partners, ANPs, pharmacists , paramedics and first-contact practitioners.
