As a General Practitioner at Operose Health, you will deliver high-quality clinical care to patients registered at the GP surgery. Work closely with clinical leads and local practice teams to support surgical operational plans. Maintain quality within the practice by participating in clinical governance and contributing to the improvement of health outcomes. Ensure adherence to personal and professional standards as set by GMC, focusing on individual patient care. Collaborate with the Practice Manager and site clinical lead to develop and review action plans for surgeries, including patient satisfaction measures and resource management.
