The post is designed for surgeons who have completed or are nearing completion of specialist ENT training (FRCS ORL-HNS or equivalent) and wish to develop sub-specialist competency in otology, endoscopic ear surgery, and paediatric otology to a level appropriate for independent consultant practice.
