Hersham Surgery is looking for an enthusiastic and committed Salaried GP to join our friendly, supportive and dynamic team for 4-6 sessions per week. We are a well-established 5-partner village practice with a loyal and diverse patient population. Provide face-to-face, telephone and online consultations for patients.

Assess, diagnose and manage a wide range of acute and chronic medical conditions.

Prescribe medication safely and appropriately.

Request, review and action investigations, test results and clinical correspondence.

Make appropriate referrals to secondary care and other healthcare services.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient medical records.

Provide preventative healthcare, health promotion and chronic disease management.

Support the practice in achieving QOF targets and maintaining high clinical standards.

Identify and report safeguarding concerns, clinical incidents and significant events.
