About the role

Consultant in Anaesthetics (1st post) We are looking to appoint a full-time an Consultant Anaesthetist The job plan comprises of a weekly average of 8.5 PAs of clinical work spread over specialties (including on call) and 1.5 SPA . Further job plan details can be found within the job description, depending on service requirement there maybe an element of on calls. We are immensely proud of the Trust's Outstanding status and the successful candidate will join a department that is friendly, engaged and provides excellent training and mentor support.The successful appointee will work as an integral part of the team and have equal access to junior staff. East Surrey is the principle hospital for emergencies and inpatients, with day case surgery at Crawley Hospital. Anaesthetists are expected to be available across both hospital sites dependent on operational requirements.
