As a Salaried GP at our practice, your core focus will be delivering safe, empathetic, and evidence-based primary care while actively contributing to our collaborative clinical team. Key Responsibilities: Patient Consultations: Deliver autonomous face-to-face and telephone consultations, managing acute presentations, complex co-morbidities, and chronic illnesses. Clinical Administration: Process pathology reports, manage digital triage workflows, action clinical correspondence, and issue accurate prescriptions.. Multidisciplinary Collaboration: Participate in clinical MDT meetings, share best practices, and support our nursing, pharmacy, and administrative teams. Quality & Compliance: Maintain accurate electronic medical records, participate in practice audits, and adhere to local safeguarding policies. You will operate with high clinical autonomy while benefiting from a structured, supportive environment designed to minimise administrative bottlenecks.
