As a valued member of the Operose Health team, your key duties will include delivering high quality clinical care to patients registered at the GP surgery, working closely with clinical leads and local practice teams, and supporting the delivery of the surgeries operational plan. Participation in clinical governance activities and improving quality health outcomes through audits and contributing to Quality and Outcomes Framework is expected. Providing clinical care in consultation sessions via in-person or video, telephone triage, results, medication reviews, prescription signing, safeguarding lead tasks, medicals, reports, home visits, and on-call duties are key responsibilities. Working with Practice Managers and clinical leads to develop, deliver, and review surgery action plans is also essential.
