As a General Practitioner in Torquay, you'll work at the Chelston Hall and Southover Surgery. You will deliver high-quality clinical care to patients and collaborate closely with clinical leads and local practice teams. Key responsibilities include maintaining quality within the practice, participating in clinical governance activities, and adhering to the GMC's highest personal and professional standards. You will engage in consultation sessions, perform clinical administration, and contribute to improving health outcomes. The ideal candidate should have a current registration with GMC and NHS performers list, be experienced with GP accreditation, and have a sound knowledge of quality frameworks. Operose Health offers up to a £5,000 signing up bonus, annual salaries up to £12,000 per session, and various support and development opportunities.
