Salaried GP - Fixed Term Contract

We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated salaried GP to join our dynamic, progressive and supportive practice for 2 sessions per week on a fixed term contract until 31/03/2027.

The job entails providing excellent clinical care to our practice patient population. The main responsibilities of the role will be to deal with a wide range of health needs in a primary care setting, ensuring the highest standard of care. We offer structured clinics which include 15-minute appointments. You will be supported by our three GP Partners, skilled nursing team, knowledgeable reception and admin team, Clinical Pharmacist, Mental Health Practitioner and Practice Manager.

We are a well-established GP practice located in Bolton, not far from the town centre. We are a three GP Partner practice with a practice list size of around 1000 patients. Swan lane Medical Center employs a supportive team comprised of an experience ANP, 3 part-time Practice Nurses, 2 full time HCAs, a secretarial/admin/reception team, Practice Manager and Assistant Practice Manager. Our staff members are experienced and many of our employees are long-serving. We are also part of a forward thinking and collaborative Primary Care Network and benefit from many different ARRS roles including 3 GPs, ACP, Clinical Pharmacist, Pharmacy Technician and Mental Health Practitioner and GP Assistant.
