As a PCN General Practitioner at Operose Health, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality clinical care to patients registered and attending the GP surgery. The role involves working closely with clinical leads and local practice teams to support the delivery of operational plans, maintaining quality standards within the practice, and ensuring participation in clinical governance activities. You will provide clinical care as per the job plan, including consultation sessions, telephone triage, and clinical administration duties. A strong commitment to individual patient care and professionalism as defined by the GMC is paramount. The role also involves collaborating with the Practice Manager and site clinical lead to support the surgery action plan development, focusing on list growth, patient satisfaction, and other performance targets included in QOF and CQC standards. The ideal candidate is an experienced GP with MRCGP accreditation and is registered with the GMC and NHS performers list.
