About the role
This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a community-based, specialist ARFID Pathway within the East London Community Eating Disorder Service for Children and Young People (EL CEDS-CYP). The job is based at the Emanuel Miller Centre, 11 Gill Street, London E14 8HQ, with cross-site working across Tower Hamlets, Newham and City & Hackney. The post is part-time -- 4 Programmed Activities (PAs), with 1 PA protected for Supporting Professional Activities (SPA), including Continuous Professional Development. They will support the team with children and young people aged 8-18 with Avoidant/Restrictive Food Intake Disorder (ARFID) or suspected ARFID, performing, supervising and managing physical health assessments, liaising with secondary and primary care colleagues, and reviewing/developing protocols to ensure effective and efficient service delivery and joint working with partner agencies, including local acute Trusts.
