About the role
Do you share our Health Board values; Caring for each other; Working together; Always improving? If so, we would love for you to come and work for Swansea Bay University HB. The Senior Clinical Fellow in Neonatology and Neonatal Neurodevelopment is a 12-month post (with possible extension) at Singleton Hospital, Swansea Bay UHB. Suitable for neonatal GRID trainees, post-CCT fellows, or doctors seeking OOP experience in neonatology, paediatric neurology, neurodisability or community child health. We aim for the successful candidate to start as soon as possible, ideally May-July 2026. The role combines advanced neonatal care with a strong neurodevelopmental focus, including hands-on assessment, MDT working and early intervention. The fellow will join daytime neurodevelopment activity and the tier-2 rota, with training opportunities in POCUS, echo, simulation, education, governance and research within a supportive tertiary unit.
