As a valued member of the Operose Health team, your key duties will include delivering high quality clinical care to the patients of the GP surgery and working closely with clinical leads and the local practice team to support operational plans. You will strive to maintain quality within the practice through participation in clinical governance activities and contribute to improved health outcomes via audits, the Quality and Outcomes Framework, and other quality standards. The role includes providing patient care according to job plans and the total triage model, participating in clinical and administrative tasks, and maintaining the highest personal and professional standards as set by the GMC. Collaboration with the Practice Manager and site clinical lead to support surgery action plans, patient satisfaction, and other targets is required.
